The future is here. Virtual Reality, or VR, engages the viewer with a depth that nothing else can compare to. VR takes 3D to the next level, creating an experience the enables the viewer to navigate through the space. Utilizing a HMD (head-mounted display) one can easily experience a space as if they were there. The possibilities are endless, including walking through spaces, interactive features and showcasing the VR on multiple platforms, such as Facebook, YouTube and Vimeo.
360 VIRTUAL REALITY – the most basic version of virtual reality. This is a cost-effective way to showcase a space in full 360 degree clarity and take advantage of HMD’s. This can also easily be showcased on most social media platforms.
REAL TIME – walk through the space, look around, as if you were in the actual architecture. While this version of VR requires a more sophisticated system (Oculus Rift, HTC Vive, etc.), the experience is truly amazing.
INTERACTIVE – interactive elements can be added to both of the above options. These can be hotspots that allow the user to navigate from one room to the next, changing materials to changing lighting conditions.
